Just wanted to say a big thank you to sleepy wings :) My daughter was wearing sleepy wings around 3 months and loved them but when we went to Tressilian they wanted us to wrap her so we got into the habit of doing that. yesterday we found out that she is going to have to wear a brace to sleep due to hip dysplasia and since I tried to wean her off her the wrap before (with dreadful results) I was not looking forward to trying again!
Luckily I remembered by sleepy wings, so slipped them on and bub went straight to sleep! No standing in her cot yelling for me for ages! So now I don't have to go through the agony of weaning the wrap as she can wear her sings with her brace. Thank you so much for making this difficult time easier!

I was unsure about the sleepy wings when I first ordered them. I wasn't sure if bubba was comfortable - but he LOVES them. They are lightweight for all year use, so I am now using them in the middle of a hot summer, they are easy for him to get his dummy, and as soon as they go on, he knows its time for sleep. My baby is three months and used to get out of all wraps. Everything else was too hot, so now he is just in a sleeping bag and his sleepy wings, and he sleeps ten hours at three months.
They may look strange and you may not be sure - but I think they are fantastic, and I am here to order another pair.

We have one set of the sleepy wings and will be investing in more. After attending a sleep settle program we had been 'angel' wrapping our bub, the only problem was that he was getting out of it and it really wasn't working for us....enter Sleepy Wings! We still wrap his lower half and then add the sleepy wings for his arms. We don't really use the dummy pockets as they are a bit fiddely. I have found that it works best with dummies that have handles as it seems to hold on to them a bit easier.
