I want to send a gift to someone. Do you gift wrap presents?
Yes, we do. We will gift wrap your present and send it together with a personalised message from you. Simply select gift wrapping at checkout. There is a small fee of $2 which includes giftwrapping and a gift card. The charge is per item. We regret that large items cannot be giftwrapped (no giftwrap option will be provided at checkout for these items).
I need some assistance before purchasing. How can I contact you?
We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have about our products. Alternately, you may need assistance to select a gift for a special person. Please either call us on 0422 009 025 or use our Contact Form to ask any questions. We will get back to you within 24 hours, usually much quicker than this.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Products purchased from Bonito Baby should arrive in excellent condition and working order. We will gladly issue a refund or exchange an item if it arrives in a faulty condition. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a description of the problem.

Please note we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred when purchasing the product. Returns should be sent by registered post or other trackable means as we are not responsible for a return or exchange where the product does not arrive at Bonito Baby due to Australia Post or courier error.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return or exchange of items in cases where the customer has had a change of mind or the product is unsuitable for their use for personal reasons.
I've received my order but have been sent the wrong product. What do I do now?
In rare cases, this happens. If you've opened your package and find that one of the products is not what you ordered, please inform us immediately using the Contact Us form and quoting your order number and providing details. We will then instruct you to return the item and will send you the correct product. Do not return the product until we instruct you to. Please note that the incorrrect product must be returned in unopened and unsused condition, suitable for resale. We will not accept returns of incorrect products where the product has been used or the packaging compromised such that the product cannot be resold. You will, in such circumstances, be deemed to have accepted the product received in substitution of the product ordered.
How can I redeem voucher or coupon codes?
From time to time, voucher/coupon codes may be issued to customers as a promotion. During the checkout process you will have an opportunity to input your code to obtain the relevant discount. The revised total should be reflected in the final total.
Vouchers/coupons are not able to be used in conjunction with other offers (including other vouchers/coupons) and are not valid during storewide sales unless specifically stated to be valid.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
We ask that you wait 2 weeks from the date you were advised your order was shipped, before querying it as sometimes both Australia Post and couriers experience delays. If you parcel has been sent by Fastway courier or registered post, you can track the item at the relevant websites using the tracking number. To find your tracking number, please login to the Bonito Baby website using your account name and password and check the status of your order. In many cases, delivery has been attempted but the calling card as gone astray and the package is either waiting at the post office for pick up or is at your courier's depot awaiting your call for redelivery.
If your item does not have a tracking number it has been posted by regular post. Please check at your local post office at first instance in case a calling card has been left for you and has gone astray.
Please contact us if tracking the item and/or checking with your local post office does not give you a satisfactory result.
Will my personal details be kept private?
Bonito Baby respects your privacy and ensures that any details you provide are used strictly only to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.
