We offer flat rate Australia-wide delivery for $8.95 for purchases up to $200.*

For orders over $200 we offer free delivery within Australia.*

In addition, we post some small items for free. If a product has free postage it will be stated clearly in the product description. If other products are also ordered, the flat-rate delivery charge will apply to the whole order. Free postage only applies to deliveries to an Australian address.

Delivery methods

Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post or by courier. We require a street address for courier deliveries, and may request that this be provided if the initial address provided is a PO Box. Please note that while we take every care with packaging and posting, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit by Australia Post or other carrier. Please allow 10 business days from when we advised your order was despatched before contacting us. We will do our best to assist but do not bear responsibility for lost parcels. Orders of over $100 (excl delivery) are usually sent by registered post or insured courier. This is included in the flat rate.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided is correct, particularly in the case of a gift. Where the address has been incorrectly provided and the item is returned, Bonito Baby reserves the right to charge for any additional postage costs incurred in resending the item where the total postage cost exceeds the delivery charge paid.

In the interests of saving the environment, where possible we reuse clean packaging materials such as boxes, box fillers and bubble wrap.

* Large items

For large items such as furniture and balance bikes a higher delivery charge will apply. Free delivery does not apply to these items. This charge will be clearly stated in the description of the item. Depending on the supplier, charges may be higher for WA, NT and regional areas. Please ensure you understand the delivery fees before ordering. We would be happy to clarify the fee with you if required, please contact us. International orders

Our store is located in Sydney, Australia. We are happy to ship internationally and use registered (insured) post for orders of over $50 and regular airmail for orders under $50.  Upon checkout the shopping cart will estimate the delivery charge, which may differ slightly from the actual cost (usually not by more than $5). For international orders please feel free to contact us before ordering to obtain a quote.

Delivery time

Provided the product is in stock, it will usually be processed within 24 hours on business days (see product description for dispatch time). Standard delivery should take between 2-7 days, depending on where you live. We are based in Sydney, NSW.

Where more than one product has been ordered, the products will be shipped together unless we advise otherwise.

Should you require more urgent delivery, please contact us either before your order or in the message in the checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note, however, that insurance is not possible for express post.  

Inevitably, delivery delays do sometimes occur due to Australia Post or the courier. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks of being notified that it has shipped, please refer to our FAQ section on action to be taken. In many cases, tracking is available to locate your package.

Local pick up

Should you live in Sydney pick up is available from our premises at Killara (upper North Shore). Please note that we are not a shopfront and pick up is strictly by prior arrangement. A suitable date and time can be agreed either before or after you place your order. Please note that pick up is not available for the following items:

• Amy Michelle nappy bags, ABC fun pads
  
• Angel at my Table tee pees
• balance bikes

as these are not held on premises.
