Our delivery fee is a simple flat rate of $8.95 for purchases up to $200 within Australia. For orders over $200 we offer free delivery within Australia (flat rate excludes furniture).

In addition, we post some small items for free. If a product has free postage it will be stated clearly in the product description. If other products are also ordered, the flat-rate delivery charge will apply to the whole order. Free postage only applies to deliveries to an Australian address.

Delivery methods

Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post or by courier. We require a street address for courier deliveries, and may request that this be provided if the initial address provided is a PO Box. Please note that while we take every care with packaging and posting, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit by Australia Post or other carrier. Please allow 10 business days from when we advised your order was despatched before contacting us. We will do our best to assist but do not bear responsibility for lost parcels. Orders of over $100 are usually sent by registered post or insured courier. This is included in the flat rate.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided is correct, particularly in the case of a gift. Where the address has been incorrectly provided and the item is returned, Bonito Baby reserves the right to charge for any additional postage costs incurred in resending the item where the total postage cost exceeds the delivery charge paid.

In the interests of saving the environment, where possible we reuse clean packaging materials such as boxes and bubble wrap.

Large furniture items

For large furniture items such as bassinets, cots and rocking chairs, a higher delivery charge will apply. This charge will be clearly stated in the description of the irem. Depending on the supplier, charges may be higher for WA, NT and regional areas. Please ensure you understand the delivery fees before ordering. We would be happy to clarify the fee with you if required, please contact us. Please use the contact form or phone us for a delivery quote. 

International orders

Our store is located in Sydney, Australia. We are happy to ship internationally and use registered (insured) post.  Alternately, place your order and an estimated delivery charge of $30 will be applied to the order We will amend your invoice with the actual delivery cost and resend it to you. Where the charge is less than $30 a refund will be issued to you and where the charge is greater than $30 we will send you a paypal invoice for payment of the difference. For international orders please feel free to contact us before ordering to obtain a quote.

Delivery time

Provided the product is in stock, it will usually be processed within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery should take between 2-7 days, depending on where you live. We are based in Sydney, NSW.

Where more than one product has been ordered, the products will be shipped together unless we advise otherwise.

Should you require more urgent delivery, please contact us either before your order or in the message in the checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note, however, that insurance is not possible for express post.  

Inevitably, delivery delays do sometimes occur. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks of being notified that it has shipped, please refer to our FAQ section on action to be taken. In many cases, tracking is available to locate your package.

Local pick up

Should you live in Sydney pick up is available from our premises at Killara (upper north shore). Please note that we are not a retail store and pick up is strictly by prior arrangement. A suitable date and time can be agreed either before or after you place your order. Please note that pick up is not available for the following items:

• all personalised items, including Little Billies reward charts and Lovestamp jewellery
