Conditions of Entry

Information contained on any Bonito Baby competition or giveaway page forms part of these Conditions of Entry including how to enter, the prize, the prize value and the competition closing date. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via the website www.bonitobaby.com.au.

Competition and giveaways close at 5.00pm 31 July 2011.

Entry to any competition or giveaway is open to Australian residents only. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

Entries to the competition are limited to one entry per person (except where otherwise specified), who has subscribed to the Bonito Baby newsletter. Entries without a valid email address will be ineligible for entry into the draw.

Bonito Baby, as the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

All prize draws will take place on the closing date at the Bonito Baby offices. All winners will be notified by email and the winner(s) names will be published in the next Bonito Baby Newsletter. All random draw winners will be randomly selected using a computer based engine from the pool of people who successfully entered into the draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  After the winner has been confirmed and a current delivery address is provided the prize will be posted or emailed to the winner as appropriate.  The prizes are not refundable, not redeemable for cash and not transferrable.  Should the prize remain unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place 30 days after the closing date of the competition at the Bonito Baby offices. Winners will be notified by email and their name published in the following Bonito Baby Newsletter.

The prize value is GST inclusive, in Australian dollars and is correct at time of publishing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination including (but not limited to) vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation. Any costs associated with the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet Service Provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
